We keep cookies to the minimum needed to run the site. We don't use third-party advertising cookies and we don't track you across sites.
What we set
- theme — remembers your light/dark preference. Persists in localStorage.
- bdj_session — present only on portal.bdj.homes (the property portal). Signed JWT, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax. Required for signed-in admin, tenant + guarantor portals.
What we don't set
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising cookies, or third-party trackers on this site. If we add analytics in future, we'll surface a banner with explicit opt-in.
